We invest in affordable housing projects in the District of Columbia that will produce District of Columbia Low-Income Housing Tax Credits ("D.C. LIHTC").  Any project that closes on its financing after October 1, 2021 that receives Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credits will also qualify to receive D.C. LIHTCs.
